This page is the branded return point for non-payment emails. Continue into Billing settings to review membership level, upgrade/downgrade options, and PayPal payment controls once connected.
PayPal checkout is now wired through signup and account Billing settings. Use Billing settings when signed in, or start a membership checkout from signup if this is a new account.

Retry policy: retry two days after failed payment
Access rule: access off until payment is received after retry failure
